Day 2 of 180

Day 2 workout was P90X Plyometrics workout.  It was about an hour long and intense.  I brought my 3 and 1 year old out with me..... I totally schooled them...LOL.  It was a great work out and I feel great.  I hope tomorrow that I can say the same.


Todays Menu:
Shakeology meal replacement drink
1 chopped salad
1 serving of Chicken Pot Pie again.....
4 pieces of Fish Fillets
2 oranges
1 P90X Recovery Drink
