I did the Insanity ab work out today...not bad. It was about 16 minutes long and there were no crunches or sit ups. You get a real good burn so do not think its easy just because there are no crunches. Anyways it was a plus and then I went on walk with my wife and daughter after just to get out of the house with them. It was nice. 8 hours later I am starting to feel the signs of it, not the walk but the ab work out.LOL.. All things are moving smoothly, coaching is going well and making progress every day. I just have to learn to keep the momentum. If you have not tried this Insane work out I insist that you try this if you want a challenge.
