Well, today was an eventfull day. I worked out with fellow Beachbody Coach Todd Midgett today and I vered away from my Insane life and tried a little P90X again. Its been a while. I found that this workout "Back and Base" was a good combination of Back(Pull ups) and Legs (using Plyo type moves and jumping) to be very impressive. Although the video itself is not very fast paced the moves themselves will burn you out fast if you do not pace your self. So, you really appreciate the rest inbetween each exercise. One hour later and out of breath we then moved on to Rev ABs.. I said what the hell, Im already tired..lol. These ab works out my not look like much if you just glance at it on tv but 16 minutes late your are spent. Brent does a good job of stretching inbetween each ab exercise. Its a good thing because 2 hours later I found my midsection very tight. I guess it s working. ;-) I hope all of you have an awesome day and dont forget to check out my site.
